This application has been faltering over the summer possibly due to iOS updates. Now it’s useless and despite contacting support I get no response. It no longer functions via the app. However, I’m able to access the tracking via the Kansas City streetcar website.

Clicking on the street car locations don't work 80% of the time. It simply doesn't work and is pretty useless. When there's more than two cars in service, only two are tracked.

After downloading and agreeing to allow app to use my location and send me alerts, it just crashes every time i try to launch it. It is of no use if it won’t load properly. I tried to reboot my iPhone X, but the app continues to crash.
