Signing up is as simple as 1-2-3.

1. Download the app on your mobile phone.
2. Register using your savings or loan account number.
3. Enter your One-Time Password (OTP).

Once OTP is validated, you are set to build your user profile in the CitySavings Mobile. 

With the CitySavings Mobile, you can now view your Savings Account balance in real-time and for FREE. 

You want to view the balances of your other CitySavings accounts?  Just “Add” it on the app and it will be displayed on your dashboard.

Everytime i tried to log in a pop up , "you are using an old version" but if i would try to update in the app store it would pop up again "communication error" or "failed ". Its a very hassle app

I kept on resetting my password. Everytime I try to log in, kept on saying to unblock my profile and email sent on my reg. email address. But when I open my email add, too late na. The link that has been sent is expired already.

This app is frustrating to use. It doesn’t reflect the transactions made in my loan account. Too hassle because it does not give me the option to transfer my savings to another bank.

This App really gets into my nerve, before using it you must atleast have “big patience” since this app has too many authentication process every pages literally needs passwords even closing only the welcome page needs authentication prior login page. 

you need to workout in this especially also to long waiting time to send OTP again. 

please take appropriate action on this.
