Customer Beware! CitySpree charged me $30 for food they never delivered. No response from customer service.

If you accidentally order food to the wrong address there’s no way on the app to cancel or edit the order. You also can’t call them the only thing you can do is submit a “comment” which gets no response.

Love being able to order food, but very poorly designed app. Buggy, not optimized for newer devices, and basically a web view to their mobile website.

App needs a lot of work. Can’t talk to anyone when you have a problem. All you can do is send a comment with no response.
