If the app is poor, I believe the tracker is too. The device paired using the QR code on the back of the tag. I could see GPS location of the tag, as promised. However, other than seeming to be able to give the tag a nickname and p, figuring out what the app would allow me to do was impossible. I tried using the “search” bar and entering the nickname I just gave the tag. “no results found.” The “messaging” section was a blank screen with nothing on it. The “settings” offered no help. Tried to make the tag beep, tried seeing if it could tell me the most recent location. Always error messages and “no results found” Overall extremely poor user interface and low usability. This is pretty basic stuff. Super disappointed. Will probably return as the main reason I got it was based on all the “super easy to set up” customer responses on Amazon.
