## What is CityTracker?

Every lot in New York City, on one map. Tap any lot for filings, permits, sales, and so much more.
Or just ask: "How many permits were issued in Brooklyn last week?"

There's so much public data in NYC, but it's hard to make sense of all of it.
So we collect it in one place, make it fast, and fun.

ASK IN YOUR OWN WORDS
Ask that question, or any other, in your own words. The chat will give you an answer, and
every source is cited and clickable, so you know how we got to the answer.

SHOW MANY THINGS AT ONCE
Right now, the map shows projects, filings, permits, and sales. You can select any of them,
or all at once, and add filters and markers as needed.

BASE MAPS AND LAYERS
Many visual modes, many types of satellite imagery. Add historic districts or neighborhoods, and change
the style, and that style persists for the next time.

BUILDINGS COMING UP
We can predict what buildings will exist soon, based on filings, so we show them on the map
as 3D illustrations. That gives you an idea of how the city will look in the future.

ALSO
• Search for any address
• A small neighborhood guessing game, so you learn more about this great city

NO ACCOUNT NEEDED TO START
The map, search and lot details all work signed out. Sign in with Apple when you want
to save lots or keep asking.

OUR DATA
Data comes from New York City and New York State public records.

Our chat produces AI-generated answers. These can be wrong, and we always recommend
checking against the original source.
