Как утверждают в переписке и по телефону, что им необходимо произвести всевозможные расчеты со всеми контрагентами и т.д…… И только потом Вам вернут (надеюсь) Ваши деньги. Короче смотрите сами. The tickets most likely are not even real since there is no flight provider code on the ticket!!! ### 1/5 — WARNING. Extremely suspicious service *2025-11-01, version 3.5.595* During the booking process the price suddenly increased after the ticket was already shown as “successfully booked”. They display one amount at first, but once you confirm, the system changes it to a completely different, much higher price and demands immediate payment. This looks like a deliberate trick to mislead customers. There was no clear warning, no transparency, and the behaviour of this platform is absolutely unacceptable. It feels very much like a scam attempt. I paid for a round-trip flight and never received my ticket. My account access was revoked shortly after booking, and all my attempts to get support were ignored. I only got a response after escalating the issue through Skyscanner — but instead of fixing the issue, City.Travel claimed they hadn’t received the payment. I sent them proof of payment, and my bank confirmed the money was debited and still with City.Travel. To this day, I’ve received neither a ticket nor a refund. I’ve now been forced to file a chargeback with my bank to try and recover the funds. Poor communication, zero accountability.
