I put my info in the app in the already have an account but first time logging in. It said it couldn’t find my account so no biggie I went to create new account for new clients. Then it said whoops, account already exists. So I thought that I originally put in the incorrect info like a typo or something. Apparently that wasn’t the case. I tried at least 10 times for it to finally work only for it to tell me that my number was blocked and I had to use a different number or email. So I had to back track once again because the app exited me out. The absolute most frustrating thing. Then I was finally able to get it to confirm my email. Once again I was exited out of the app after signing in. Then after I finally get in the app it says I have no upcoming appointments even though I have a confirmed appointment coming up. This app needs a lot of improvement to make it smoother for logins. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-11-03* I created an acct but when I went to log in, with the info that they confirmed in an email, didn’t work. ### 1/5 — Not able to delete pet profiles *2025-10-27* Only 1 star because I’m not able to delete a pet profile. ### 1/5 — Poor login experience and security *2025-08-06* I’m a current client of CityVet so I tried looking up my info and retrieving my login credentials through the app. First major concern was that it sends your password in plain text through email/text which is terrible design - it should only ever prompt you to create a new one. Next major issue, the password field has a max character length of 25, coincidentally the password the I’ve previously created for the web portal is longer than that, so I’m forced to now go change my password length to 25 characters or below. ### 1/5 — Nothing works *2024-09-09* I loaded pet profile only my dog is showing nothing for my cat There is no information attached to my account even though I have been with city vet for over 20 years. I don’t understand how to use this app. Idea is awesome but need data for it to be of any value ### 1/5 — Nothing works! *2023-09-20* All requests for medication or appointments get sent into the ether, I guess. I know it’s never get any message/response. ### 5/5 — Fantastic People! *2026-06-09* These people are awesome. They are incredibly responsive and kind. This app is wonderful for booking appointments and viewing details of my dog’s medication. I highly recommend them. ### 5/5 — Amazing!! *2026-04-09* Thank you CityVet!! You helped me take care of my cat that I’ve had for 5+ years. The app was really easy to use and it was easy to find a veterinarian and get an appointment asap! I got my cat Milo an appointment really fast and the app is pretty smooth. Makes vet visits way less stressful. ### 5/5 — Super easy to use! *2025-11-20* I’ve been using the CityVet app to book my pet’s appointments and it has honestly made things so much easier. Booking is quick, the reminders come right when I need them, and checking/uploading my pet’s records only takes a second! The app has gotten better over time and it runs really smoothly now. ### 5/5 — Medical Director - Cane Rosso Animal Rescue *2025-11-20* As the Medical Director for an animal rescue, I rely on quick access to accurate information for dozens of pets every day. This app has made that process so much easier. The ability to look up multiple animals in seconds—without digging through paperwork or sending emails has streamlined our entire medical workflow. ### 5/5 — Perfect portal for my pet's care *2023-12-22* App is so user friendly. All of the pet records are readily available and can even be downloaded to print out , send to a pet sitter via text or email to a pet sitter. Perfect for travel if my pet needs care. Prescription requests can even be made through the app. ### 5/5 — Impressed! *2023-12-22* Using the CityVet app to download and print out up to date vaccination records for all of my pets is by far what makes this app superior. I can request appointments, see when my next appointment is, and even request a refill for a perscription.
