## What is CivFit?

Build an Empire. Build Yourself.

We all know the feeling: you sit down to play a few turns of Civilization VI, and suddenly it’s 3 AM. You’ve built a sprawling empire, but you haven’t moved from your chair in six hours.

CivFit changes that.

CivFit is the ultimate companion app for strategy gamers. It gamifies your exercise by assigning real-world physical costs to your in-game achievements. Did you just found a Coastal City? That’s a 250m Row. Did you capture an enemy Capital? That’s 10 Pull-ups.

HOW IT WORKS:

Play Civ: As you play, keep CivFit open on your phone.

Log Events: When you trigger an event (like "Discover Natural Wonder" or "Train Unit"), tap the button.

The "Why": Read the lore-friendly motivation for every rep. ("The oars hit salt water; the horizon expands.")

Pay the Toll: At the end of every Era, CivFit tallies your "Exercise Debt." You must complete the workout to advance your app to the next Era.

KEY FEATURES:

- Immersive Design: A beautiful UI inspired by the parchment maps and golden age aesthetics of your favorite strategy game.
- Era-Based Progression: Track your stats from the Ancient Era all the way to the Future Era.
- Smart Tracking: Features a "Compact Mode" for high-density tracking during intense turns, and a "Normal Mode" to enjoy the flavor text.
-Stat History: View your lifetime volume for Rowing, Pull-ups, and Curls. See exactly how much effort went into that Domination Victory.
-Customizable Difficulty: Edit the "Reps/Dist" cost for any trigger to match your current fitness level.
-Save Your History: Keep multiple save files for different campaigns (Solo, Multiplayer, etc.).

Don't just play the game. Live the struggle. Your villagers gave their all; now you must. Download CivFit today and turn your next marathon gaming session into a marathon workout.

Future updates will include the ability to customize the types of exercise, number of exercises, and much more!

(Note: CivFit is a fan-made companion app and is not affiliated with Firaxis Games or 2K Games.)
