## What is CIVILON?

CIVILON is built for site teams who run construction work from their phone. Daily crew counts, stock, defects and concrete pours live in one place — even when there is no signal on site.

DAILY CREW COUNTS
• Headcount and day rate per subcontractor
• Weekly and monthly totals calculated for you
• Past days corrected in one tap

SUBCONTRACTORS & PAYMENTS
• Live subcontractor balances
• Weekly payment and advance records
• Progress percentage on the work plan

STOCK & MATERIALS
• Material catalogue with your own categories
• Goods in and out, with delivery-note photos
• Minimum stock level alerts

DEFECT TRACKING
• Log defects with before and after photos
• Assign to a subcontractor and track status

CONCRETE POUR SCHEDULE
• Pour date, time, supplier, grade and m³
• Automatic reminder before the pour

SITE PHOTOS & NOTES
• Project gallery grouped by date
• Quick notes, site notes and a document scanner

WORKS OFFLINE
Keep recording with no signal; everything syncs by itself once you are back online.

YOUR TEAM
Add colleagues with an invite code and set permissions by role. What one person records appears instantly on everyone else's screen.

FOUR LANGUAGES
Turkish, English, German and Russian.
