I had to go around multiple times through security protocols after buying my first tour & trying to see it. Such a time vampire hassle. Now that I’m finally in, I hope this works much better.

O aplicativo é fácil de usar, porém a confiabilidade das informações é fundamental em uma viagem.

No meu caso, o aplicativo reforçava o mesmo ponto de encontro que constava no voucher, mas o passeio efetivamente começou em outro local.

Em viagens, uma informação de logística incorreta ou ambígua pode significar perder uma atividade inteira.

Espero que a empresa revise esse aspecto

Purchased 4 tickets for the Eiffel Tower for Tuesday, July 13th. The tower was closed due the preparation for the Bastille fireworks show, although the site states that the tickets are refundable if canceled prior to the start time, it’s clearly a lie. I am out of pocket $300+. No customer service for support just a chat bot! Be aware!

Malos prestadores, productos engañosos, dicen tener soporte 24/7 pero nadie responde nada. Recomendación: compren sus entradas en las paginas oficiales con antelación (la mayoría con audio guía) y utilicen alguna IA  para el guiado junto con maps.
Servicio completamente reemplazable con esas herramientas digitales.

Una pena no poder disfrutar el tour. Me tocó en dia de evento de FIFA y me estaba comunicando con el guía turístico con anticipación para dejarle saber del tráfico y no me contestaba. Llegue a las misma 17:00 cuando empezaba el tour y la persona
No me daba claro las instrucciones de cuanto duraría el tour caminando ya que tengo mi esposo operado y camitas largas le afectan. Me contestaba  molesto y nos dio mucha inseguridad. Me decía que yo debía hacer el tour a mi manera como
