Task App is the essential companion for city workers tackling issues reported via CivSpot. Designed to streamline your daily workflow, this app provides real-time access to assigned tasks, ensuring you're always informed and ready to act.

When a CivSpot report is approved and assigned to your category, you'll receive it instantly within Task App. You can view all details of the issue, including location, description, and any uploaded media from the reporting citizen. As you begin working on a problem, simply mark the task as "ongoing" to keep administrators and citizens updated on your progress.

Once the issue is resolved, Task App makes it easy to finalize the job. You'll be prompted to upload a photo of the completed work, providing clear visual proof that the problem has been addressed. This transparency ensures accountability and helps build trust within the community.

With Task App, you can efficiently manage your workload, communicate effectively with relevant departments, and contribute directly to a more functional and beautiful city.
