App is faulty and hardly works. This is nothing like uber and might be a scam. Can’t find work. Their customer department won’t answer questions and the replies are do it on your own without any help. Not only is it based on the false premise that eviction is a process that should automated, it also takes advantage of gig economy workers by promising fake compensation for difficult high-touch tasks. Lines of communication are non existent, what little I heard was from a third party business handler that was offended that I wanted access to the site I paid for! I’m amazed Apple hasn’t stepped in and taken their fraudulent app off.
