### 1/5 — Horrible app. Doesn’t work.

*2020-09-30, version 1.2*

No instructions on how to get jobs. App is faulty and hardly works. This is nothing like uber and might be a scam. Can’t find work. Their customer department won’t answer questions and the replies are do it on your own without any help. So frustrating.

### 1/5 — How DISGUSTING

*2020-09-29, version 1.2*

I hope this gets cut off the market like the late stage capitalist cancer that it is.

### 1/5 — ew

*2020-09-28, version 1.2*

Shame on these developers and investors for profiting off of hardships caused by COVID-19 rather than putting that energy toward helping those in need. Not surprising but disgusting nonetheless. I wish I believed in hell so I could at least be assured the people behind CIVVL (asinine name too) would wind up there.

### 1/5 — Anything but this!

*2020-09-27, version 1.2*

There are better ways to earn a livelihood than serving nepotistic trash who make their living owning things and restricting access to a necessity of life; especially during these troubled times when sending people to rot in the streets could be a death sentence. At least have the decency to abstain from participating in this travesty.

Please show solidarity with your fellow Human Beings by taking a moment of your time to leave a negative review on this app. Let’s downvote this app into oblivion!

### 1/5 — No words

*2020-09-27, version 1.2*

This app had to have been designed by a literal demon

### 1/5 — Major technical difficulties

*2020-09-26, version 1.2*

When I open the app it will not let me go any further than the home screen. Sometimes the screen will just be blank and I have to restart the app.

### 1/5 — Worst people in the world

*2020-09-26, version 1.2*

Imagine getting the bright idea to profit off of throwing people out of their homes, and exploiting other desperate working people to do that.

### 1/5 — Godless

*2020-09-25, version 1.2*

One of the most vulnerable times in recent history and you’ve chose to use your incredible ingenuity to create this service. Truly just cutting right to the chase preying on desperate gig workers against their own neighborhoods and communities. This is part of your legacy but it doesn’t have to be. Consider all the breadth of knowledge and innovation you could contribute to the world, your city and likely your own family and change your path.

### 1/5 — Worst App + Bad for everyone, including landlords.

*2020-09-25, version 1.2*

This is quite possibly is the worst app I’ve ever seen. Not only is it based on the false premise that eviction is a process that should automated, it also takes advantage of gig economy workers by promising fake compensation for difficult high-touch tasks. Would not recommend this garbage for anyone. If you are a landlord who is considering using this - you will need to rethink your priorities, business efficacy, and ethics

### 1/5 — Shameful and Dystopian

*2020-09-25, version 1.2*

Find work that isn’t fueled by the suffering of others. Take this app down IMMEDIATELY!

### 1/5 — Horrifying

*2020-09-24, version 1.2*

What an abhorrent way for a company to try and make money off of the poor to abuse the poor.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2020-09-24, version 1.2*

They will steal $35 from you and you will never get any work.

### 1/5 — Total Scam

*2020-09-24, version 1.2*

I can’t believe this is legal. Please don’t waste your time working for this company. The listings are fake.

### 1/5 — AppSucks

*2020-09-23, version 1.2*

You pay $35 a month to be an employee there, and they still take a significant amount of pay per job. Unless the landlord is paying a lot, you end up making less the FEDERAL MINIMUM WAGE. Also, landlords have to pay the $35 monthly fee too, as well as service fees per eviction. Total scam.

### 1/5 — apocalypse now

*2020-09-23, version 1.2*

truly this is one of the four horsemen. what kind of scum would try to profit off of one of the greatest housing crises in history

### 1/5 — Rip off

*2020-09-23, version 1.2*

Garbage company service is a lie time frames are unrealistic and can’t keep a promise—literally out here destroying the lives of people displaced by the economy, capitalism keeps on getting worse, absolute clowns.

### 1/5 — Can’t Believe the Low Quality.

*2020-09-23, version 1.2*

Poorly designed, poorly managed. I’m unsure how this was even acceptable for the Apple App Store. No job postings, no landlords to connect with. Absolute waste of time and money if you pay to register too.

### 1/5 — Evil

*2020-09-23, version 1.2*

The creator of this app is evil if they look at someone suffering and see an opportunity to get rich.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible

Every bad thing people have said here is correct about the Civvl app. Stay far away.

### 1/5 — Rip off

*2022-07-12, version 1.2*

A sucker is born every minute, me included. Spent 35.00 for their “one time fee” only to not be sent any email for set up. Lines of communication are non existent, what little I heard was from a third party business handler that was offended that I wanted access to the site I paid for! I’m amazed Apple hasn’t stepped in and taken their fraudulent app off. Don’t fall for this, it’s literally a shell app used by scammers.

### 1/5 — Fraud company

*2021-12-11, version 1.2*

This company collects personal information and use it. They charge $35 to get on the app. They post fake listing themselves and deletes them. They are posting all over Craigslist. We just forward over the information to our legal team to start the action lawsuit. We will be also add this to all fraud and scams blacklist sites.
