I am a person that had this app in the past and now I want to log back in in my old account and it keeps on saying connection error. Please connect to Internet and I already have Internet so it makes me very sad that I can’t go back on the app that really helped me because there’s one thing for sure. There’s no app like Cizoo so for me not to be able to log back in my account it hurts
I still love the app, but I wish I could just log back in now. I just got the app sitting on my phone. Can’t even login. Please help me.

The app provided an amazing experience with a three day trial as well as the free version it’s self, though for some reason after I finished the trial, I had an issue with Cizoo signing me out of my acoustic and not letting me log back in claiming there was a network connection issue even though I was connected to the wifi and my data was on. All together good app except for the issue I faced at the end.

**Developer response:** Owh this is strange! Do you still have the issue? If so can you send us your username on cizoo.app@gmail.com so we can help ypu log back? You can also reinitiate your password from the app.
