My experience was terrible from start to finish. Shipping was painfully slow, and when my sample finally arrived, I discovered the product was completely unusable because it required a specific adapter that wasn’t included and isn’t even sold by CJ Dropshipping. This wasn’t made clear in the listing, leaving me with a product that couldn’t be used. Thankfully I ordered a sample before listing it in my store. If I had sent this directly to a customer, it would have damaged my reputation and cost me money. Based on my experience, the whole process felt misleading and came across like a scam. Selling products that customers can’t use without a required part that you don’t provide or sell is simply unacceptable. There are far better dropshipping suppliers that are transparent about their products and deliver a much better customer experience. You list a product, and when an order comes in, a customer representative contacts you via the app to say the item is out of stock; they then show you a replacement product—the exact same model—but try to sell it to you at a higher price. It is a total scam; I experienced this repeatedly and finally gave up. I also noticed many times that the leaderboard is full of bots. Never use this service. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – A SCAM! *2026-04-29, version 2.9.18* I am beyond furious with my experience here. I spent $330 total ($230 for product samples plus an insane amount for shipping, and another $100 just to clear customs) because I was planning to stock these items in my store. I needed to verify the quality first, and that was the biggest mistake I could have made. When the package arrived, the quality was absolutely abysmal. I didn’t just complain; I did my due diligence. I sent them clear, high-definition photos and detailed videos showing every single defect the very next day. Instead of a refund or any professional support, they treated me like I was stupid. They sent me back four random, low-quality videos dated from completely different days, claiming they "checked" the products and found no defects. It is an insulting, gaslighting tactic to avoid taking responsibility for their faulty merchandise. They effectively stole $330 from me and showed zero interest in customer service or quality control. If you are a business owner or a consumer looking for reliable products, STAY AWAY. This is by far the worst service I have ever dealt with. My experience has been extremely frustrating and has negatively affected my business. Orders often take a very long time to process and ship. In some cases, items stay in “processing” for many days or even weeks before they are dispatched. This creates a serious problem when selling on platforms like TikTok Shop, where customers expect fast shipping and tracking updates. Another issue is that communication with agents is inconsistent. Sometimes they promise certain processing times, but those timelines are not respected. When delays happen, it often feels like there is always an excuse rather than a real solution. Shipping delays from China can cause customers to wait far longer than expected, which can lead to unhappy customers, refunds, and damage to your store’s reputation. For small sellers or beginners trying to grow their online business, reliability and speed are very important. Unfortunately, my experience with CJ Dropshipping has not met those expectations.
