Your miners and settings were only ever stored on your iPhone, so there is nothing to cancel. Settings > Backup & Restore exports a copy if you want one. Your mining is unaffected CK Monitor only ever read public stats from CKPool. Your miners keep hashing and payouts continue as normal.
