CKD Pro แอปพลิเคชันสำหรับบันทึกข้อมูลสุขภาพ เหมาะสำหรับบุคคลทั่วไป ผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน ความดันโลหิตสูง และผู้ป่วยโรคไต ผู้ใช้สามารถบันทึกข้อมูลสุขภาพพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ความดันเลือด อัตราการเต้นหัวใจ ระดับนํ้าตาลในเลือด นํ้าหนัก ส่วนสูง ค่าการทำงานของไต พร้อมทั้งสรุปข้อมูลสุขภาพเบื้องต้น และสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคไตที่ล้างไต สามารถบันทึกข้อมูลอื่นๆ เช่น บันทึกการล้างไต รูปถ่ายน้ายาล้างไต จำนวนนํ้ายาล้างไตที่คงเหลือ แล้วส่งข้อมูลมาที่ www.thaicarecloud.org ให้แพทย์มอนิเตอร์ข้อมูลเพื่อใช้ในการรักษาอีกด้วย

CKD Pro application for health information recordings. Appropriate for general population, diabetes, hypertension and chronic kidney disease patients.  Users can record basic health information including blood pressure, heart rate, blood  sugar level, height, weight  and renal function. Kidney diseases patients on dialysis able to record more information such as dialysis records, pictures and remaining of dialysate solution which will be sent to physicians via www.thaicarecloud.org for monitoring and treatment adjustment.
