Yellow on Black was better and more legible. The new UI is super slow and not intuitive. Incredibly frustrating to sign in and then not being able to sign up for the classes I want. Ridiculous! Doesn’t even deserve one star but that was the lowest rating available. Zero would be best! ### 1/5 — Not able to book *2021-05-19, version 6.3.0* This app does not let you choose a spot for the class you want to schedule. This app needs to be improved. I have installed and reinstalled the app and it does not make a difference. ### 1/5 — App Needs Help *2020-12-23, version 6.1.0* Wow. This app is amateur, at best. When you enter your credit card number and have to actually enter the “/“ between the month and year of the expiration date, you know your dealing with a preschool app. If you’re going to ask members to use the app it should work. I can’t book classes. Hilarious! ### 1/5 — Booking issues *2020-10-21, version 4.5.0* This is my second attempt at trying to schedule a class and I’m still dealing with booking issues through the app as I watch the class spots fill up. ### 2/5 — Can never book a class *2021-03-25, version 6.3.0* You can only book classes by going onto the app. The app has been down for a week and no one answers the gym when I call. I’ve missed out on sessions because I cannot book a class. Please fix ASAP ### 2/5 — Booking issues *2020-12-14, version 6.1.0* When I first signed up I could book 2 weeks out. Now as time has gone on(3 months with app) I can’t book until a few days later. Its very frustrating as you see the classes you want book up quickly and then you can’t get in. Especially since classes are small due to covid. There seems to me a discrepancy with how many classes show as completed. It used to show how many spots were open for a class prior to booking, this was a helpful feature that was unfortunately removed.
