Updated username and password on the site. Did everything right, app will not allow you to log in. Disappointing given I currently have claims to file and issues to track. Total garbage.

It keeps asking for a service key that I never received. I could actually access the app before. I’m assuming there was an update that changed the login that now requires a service key.

I love having all my benefits in one app, I use this when I pickup my prescriptions and when I need to show my insurance card it’s right there in one click!
