Game changer

No fluffy superficial affirmations, these actually resonate and create space in my mind to question that pesky ego, and let go of sabotage loops. The journal feature is amazing - the prompts really make it ring as truth. I also love the auto play function, just listening to Liv’s voice has been a game changer to get my own inner voice to find a new script. Idk why anyone whose serious about real growth would not have this app
