## What is ClaimLedger?

ClaimLedger helps subcontractors and owner-operators build a clear record of work on site.

Capture photo sets against projects and work packages. Each saved record includes its capture time, optional location and a SHA-256 photo manifest. Mark hidden works before they are covered and keep variation, defect and daily-log records together with their supporting evidence.

Use on-device dictation and guided document intake to prepare notes from speech, instructions and delivery notes. Suggested fields stay editable and are saved only after you review them.

Search and filter your evidence, check for missing links, and assemble six types of PDF documentation pack: Valuation, Variation, Retention, Defects, Handover and Adjudication. Generated packs can include selected evidence, hashes, register records, completeness notes and handover signatures.

ClaimLedger works offline for field capture. You can export a complete workspace archive or share generated PDFs when you choose.

ClaimLedger documents and assembles your records. It does not provide legal, contractual, quantity-surveying, payment, valuation or deadline advice.

A ClaimLedger PRO subscription is required to create records and generate new packs. Existing records remain viewable and exportable if access ends.
