## What is Claimpath?

VA Claims Insider takes up to six times your monthly increase, capped at $15,000. Their own published example: a 0% to 30% increase means a $537 monthly benefit and a fee of about $3,222.

Claimpath charges $19.99 a month and takes nothing from your back pay.

50 PLUS 30 IS NOT 80
VA combines ratings, it does not add them. Each rating applies to the part of you the previous ones left whole, and the total rounds to the nearest ten. That is 38 CFR §4.25, it is public, and Claimpath does it properly — including the bilateral factor — and shows every step. Most veterans are quoted this arithmetic as though it were proprietary.

NO FEE, EVER, FOR AN INITIAL CLAIM
Charging for initial VA claim preparation is against federal law and a crime in a growing list of states. Claimpath is not a claims agent, takes no percentage, and tells you plainly that an accredited Veterans Service Organisation will represent you for free.

FILLED PDFS, NOT A CHECKLIST
Claimpath fills the real forms — including 21-0966 to file an Intent to File and lock your effective date, which back-pays to the day you filed rather than the day the claim finished. That single form is worth about thirty seconds and almost nobody does it first.
