It’s disjointed, much of it doesn’t work well, and I don’t think I can submit claims through the phone. Its kind is broken. Makes it hard to do anything. ### 2/5 — I miss the simplicity of Blue Cross! *2026-02-02* We used to have Blue Cross at work until they changed us to ClaimSecure… everything about CS is complicated and difficult… including the app. With BC I could easily search for the forms I needed but with CS it’s nothing but headaches and stress! Currently I need a form to be preapproved for knee braces. When I search any of those words I get NOTHING! ### 1/5 — Terrible app and worst provider *2026-01-15* Terrible navigation! Claim submission process is cumbersome compared to competitors app like Sun Life. Coverage search option sucks! ### 1/5 — Poor Coding *2026-01-02* SMS verification codes don't cast the numerical value 0 into an integer and instead receives it as null value. ### 2/5 — Difficult to Use *2025-11-04* Not user-friendly. Kept running into error when trying to upload photo due to “no internet” but my internet was fine. Said my password was incorrect when it 100% was not. I have spent 20 minutes trying to submit a claim that shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes. ### 1/5 — Worse app I have ever used *2025-10-25, version 18.7.0* This app is complete garbage. The most annoying and frustrating thing ever. ### 1/5 — Bull App *2025-09-17* App is buggy. And hard to navigate. When registering didn’t even ask to make a password but made my account. Not have to reset password. Other people can get code, but I can’t! I can’t use it! Unbelievable how it is a terribly App ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-07-30* You need to call every time to get the password reset, for some reason the login info does not save for this app. AT ALL. So I have to call customer support every time. And they are so condescending to you. If you just made a working app, that would do what it’s supposed to do maybe you’d get 2 stars. If I could leave no stars I could! ### 1/5 — Constant log in issues *2025-07-22, version 18.0.0* There has GOT to be a better way to log in to this app. It constantly requires resetting the password and getting verification codes and now since the new Apple update is giving error messages for all security questions and text verification codes despite them being correct. Super frustrating for an already tedious app. ### 1/5 — App is so bad to register and login *2025-07-12, version 17.8.0* I don't know who the mobile developer who built this useless app, but if you are reading , I suggest think about how you develop a mobile app and make it accessible for all the people based on the WCG principles. Shame on you for making it so difficult to register and login to the app. I give up after 1 hour of going back and forth with the password and security questions. If you need inspiration look at the other competitors on how to develop an app. When all the other apps on the market are straightforward in getting the users registered , the one made by you is so difficult. This review is coming from a millennial . God knows what will happen when a boomer tries to login. ### 2/5 — Biometrics Are Pointless *2025-07-09, version 17.8.0* FaceID is a pointless feature as SMS verification is still required, and there are no other supported methods of MFA ### 1/5 — Sms code stopped working *2025-06-29, version 17.8.0* Needs a resend button. Can't login to app as sms code doesn't work ### 1/5 — Possibly the worst app ever IOS *2025-06-21, version 17.8.0* Truly cumbersome to use. Submitting claims require moving around on the “google map” (which sometime is blank) to find your therapist. Oh, there is also all the services at the location despite narrowing it down with the “filter” function. I wish my insurance would just give me a mailing address or fax so I can avoid going on the app. I’m not sure if there are any technical challenges to just have the filter for the therapy received and then the license number. ### 4/5 — Unable to apply update *2025-05-15, version 17.5.0* Need help so I can log into my account ### 3/5 — Sms code no longer works *2025-05-06, version 17.4.0* App requires sms code. Then I tried to log in, saying invalid password/username. What is wrong with this app ### 1/5 — Photo submission *2026-07-02* Photo submission hasn’t been working for about a week now. We even updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled. Frustrating. ### 1/5 — Can’t add a new claim now *2026-05-25* Not sure what update it was some months ago but you can’t add or submit claims as easily or maybe not at all now. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-05-12* Doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Literally the worst provider out there *2026-04-03* If I wasn’t doing this through my college, I wouldn’t touch this provider with a 10 foot pole. Nothing on their site works and they deny every claim. I need to verify every single prescription I get 110 different ways before they accept them, regardless of if I’ve been on it for years. There’s nothing I want more than to pull my hair out and jump off the 18th story of a building whenever I have to deal with this group, but while my career is on pause and I’m furthering my education this is what I have available to me. I’ve never considered k-lling myself more than when I have to deal with ClaimSecure. ### 1/5 — Worse app ever. *2026-03-27* The site is terrible to navigate. You can never find the forms or information you are looking for without spending 45mins digging through everything ### 1/5 — HATE update *2026-03-07* Cannot submit a claim on app OR on web. ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service *2026-03-05* ClaimSecure insurance/benefits has removed the clients ability to submit insurance Claims online. Now all claim submissions to paper/written claim forms that must. This is an archaic process that yet again places ClaimSecure back at the bottom of the list in benefits. Additionally, their coverage amounts are horrifically unrealistic for today’s economy and costs. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ### 1/5 — Varification code not working *2026-01-16* Since last update when I login I see verification code to be sent on my phone. But it takes forever and never sends me. Please fix this. It does not let me into the app and I need it. Before last update it was working fine. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2026-01-15* Pretty horrible app. I uploaded 13 claims several days ago. Today I wanted to check the status. Checked last 30 days which is the default. No claims shown. Nothing but issues with this app for the last 4-5 years. It seems they try and make it as difficult to use as possible. The interface makes it super convenient for submitting claims as you need! Don’t listen to all the poor reviews from technically incompetent people who use font 72 to type on Microsoft ! ### 5/5 — Easy, Functional, Positive Experience *2024-07-29, version 15.6.0* I have worked with many providers over the years that offer apps. I have been told by many clients the Claimsecure App is by far the simplest and user friendly app they have ever used. It allows the member to submit claims effortlessly through the ePhoto claims experience. No need to worry about paper drug or travel cards. This app is by far one of our favourite to use. It is evident the extra effort and resources poured into this app has paid off.
