The people who wrote good reviews probably work for ClaimWizard. ClaimWizard increases productivity and allows you to process more claims effectively. The customer service and support is amazing and unrivaled. They have amazing resources for learning the system prior to implementing it as well as a Claim Wizard academy for keeping on top of all the great additions they make to the system.
