I was called half hour after the booking to be told they had no drivers, as they were not answering their phones! This is not the first time either. To add to this I was told a refund would take 1-2 days with no way of compensation for not completing the pre-paid agreement. App not deleted - as this company probably will be with the arrival of uber… so sad because I have always supported local where I can. ### 1/5 — Charged me full amount even though I cancelled through the app *2025-02-17, version 2.9.0* Made a booking one evening and as they were taking a very long time, I cancelled it through the app and used another company. When I cancelled, it was still showing as ‘assigning a driver’. Cut a long story short, they charged me the full amount and I have called twice and all they keep saying they will call back.
