Staff were rude and unhelpful, and the issue I contacted support for was not handled professionally. Communication was poor and there was a lack of basic courtesy and accountability. They will also take your money and not refund you. Its not clear that its a yearly subscription not monthly. However, after you try to cancel subscription, you will continue being charged for a year with no option of cancellation. I got a monthly subscription with this app as it was recommended to me through a manager in a restaurant I frequent. I deleted the app and my account after I stopped going to that restaurant and I found out that I am still charged 99 Aed per month. When I called them to cancel they said I have an annual commitment and can’t cancel. This is extortion, I never signed up for an annual commitment and they don’t want to cancel my monthly charges.
