You can use Clarence to create a Personalized Plan for a goal, routine, chronic condition, or life task. Clarence breaks it into manageable actions, sends gentle reminders, and adjusts as your needs change.
 
Clarence supports you in three ways:

Clarence brings together reminders, routines, appointments, medications, and everyday tasks that support your health and well-being.
2. Connection: a companion you can talk to anytime
Chat or talk with Clarence when you have a question, need encouragement, want to reflect on your day, play a game, try a breathing exercise, or simply feel more connected.
