In the other words, there are too many differences when using the app in vs to use in desktop. And its interface is completely not for iPad. Submitting a forecast is completely usable in the app since the latest release. It superimposes numbers as doesn’t let you edit any field other than the one you opened to engage the edit dialogue portion of the forecast for say pledge or high for a given month or week. Fix this thing it used to be amazing. ### 2/5 — May update to Clari mobile - not impressed *2019-05-17* This *entire* interface needs a rethink. If I can’t manage at the opportunity level as easily as I can on the desktop, then I can’t manage my business properly. ### 1/5 — Great PC app but a terrible mobile app lacking basic Security! *2019-04-24* Clari is hands-down the best forecasting & opportunity management application for Salesforce - but ONLY if you are using it via a traditional web browser. Unfortunately, the mobile app is ‘unfriendly’ and in a large part unusable. Everything that makes the browser based Clari awesome is missing in the mobile app. Not only does it lack considerable functionality, it’s only available as an old-school iPhone app in ‘portrait mode’. There’s no landscape mode available so anyone using an iPad, or an iPad with a keyboard is out of luck unless you want to spin your iPad & type like you are using a phone on a small keyboard. Also, beware their sister application called “Clari Connect” as it lacks basic security features. Clari Connect is providing me with updates on customers that I should not have access to & sending me activity alerts for sales reps who do not even report to me! Any InfoSec team who catches wind of this will more than likely shut down usage for the obvious security risk exposure. ### 2/5 — Fix your pop ups - renders the app useless *2019-03-22* In the middle of updating an opportunity and I received a rate Clari pop up and it rendered the app useless. The keyboard sprung up from the bottom so you couldn’t select any of the pop up buttons. It forced me to delete my entire update and rate the app to even get out of the situation. ### 2/5 — You guys will get 5 STARS if you build Clari for iPad *2018-10-31* C’mon - It is kinda lame that in this day and age you would not build Clari to work on all Apple platforms. I used my iPad more than I use my laptop. Please build something for the iPad. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fix Your Login *2026-05-28* Downloaded the app, entered my corporate email address to login, then encountered a 404 error. Junk! ### 1/5 — Trouble with MS Auth *2025-07-18* Doesn’t work well with Microsoft Authentication when doing MFA. It will Authenticate with the MSFT Auth app but when you go back to the Clari app it never logs in. It just becomes an endless cycle of trying to log in like it’s phishing for credentials and certificates. ### 1/5 — Logs you out *2025-01-15* It’s so close to being great, but it logs you out too often and the login process doesn’t work with the Apple Passwords app, so there’s a lot of manual and go to Passwords to copy and back to Clari to paste. The sorting feature makes it simple to assess risk, and prioritize where to spend my time. It’s intuitive, simple to use/navigate and updating deals is so easy to do on-the-go. I never miss my weekly forecast submission and the visibility into my deal activity and CRM score make that submission much more accurate as well. I’ve used Salesforce before to update deals and get a view of my business. It was ok but this is a game-changer.
