Why doesn’t it validate other clarien accounts? Why do I have to manually select my source account currency? Call centre tells me that nobody answers the messaging feature on mobile because it doesn’t work. Why can’t I view my pending transactions? The app looks great but it’s so feature poor i’m forced to use the website instead. It’s funny because before the big upgrade the mobile app was ugly but completely functional ### 5/5 — MsBermy *2026-04-11* Perfect! Nice, easy and quick! ### 2/5 — App is Unreliable *2025-11-03* The app worked sometimes until it asked me to add Face ID. Once I added Face ID it stopped working altogether. Can’t even get it to open on my phone. Only get white screen. Tried uninstalling it, but still getting same result. ### 2/5 — Great, when it works *2025-01-30* App constantly has “technical errors”.
