There is a tiny touch control at the bottom intended to go from record to record. That program lags way behind modern SQL and noSQL databases and is buggy and non standard. On top of that, the commands on the mobile version often do not work. For instance, location data fails. For some they’re telling me it’s almost not usable. This is a big concern since our users are in a CRM application many times a day. We have a hosted FileMaker database that runs well except with remote iPads running this latest release. We had no problems with the earlier versions of FM Go. Hope this can get fixed soon! Siamo quasi nel 2023 e gli iPhone ed iPad fanno cose che vent’anni fa ci sognavamo sulla maggior parte dei computer che però potevano creare dei database. Mit dem neuen Upate auf V19 ist leider keine manuelle Suchabfrage im Datumfeld wie z.B. zeige alle Datensätze aus Juni (*.06.2022) mehr möglich. Danach meine Netzwerkverwaltung. Doch FileMaker hat sich seitdem kaum weiterentwickelt und ist heute nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Es fehlen grundlegende Dinge, wie eine moderne Skriptsprache und Schnittstellen zu anderen Ressourcen. Seit neuestem sind aber meine Daten auf dem iPad gefangen (iPadOS 17.4). Bei jedem Versuch, eine Datenbank abzuspeichern, zu versenden oder Daten daraus zu exportieren, stürzt die App gnadenlos ab. When you leave the app to check your email to get the code, upon returning to the app to enter the code the app refreshes the screen and loses the code input field, so it is impossible to enter the authentication code if you are using a single device. Now with support for shortcuts almost everything is possible. Speed could be better though in portal or drop down list scrolling.
