Be really great if you could allow yourself to login with FaceTime as you can, every other application available on iOS good thing you have to two factor inside the app also not to mention the fact that map does not seem to allow you to search for providers via a map. The self-service functions are super simple and make things more efficient to use. I’m not the most tech savvy person but was able to navigate this app with no problem. Finding a provider in my area can be tricky sometimes but the HST connect app made it super simple to not only find a provider but a high quality provider I could be confident in. I was able to call and schedule my appointment through this app making this process so smooth. This app is like the Stone Age, compared to other health care apps I’ve used. You can have your insurance card info on it so you don’t have to carry your card. Well. Just a photo of the card in your camera roll is much more useful. The app only shows a thumbnail image. My insurance provider sent info about this app for convenience reference to plan info. Which it does provide, in a simple format. However, the way the app looks and navigates makes it seem bogus or like a child designed it.
