1. Auto Branch Assignment (Location-Based): We have integrated location services to automatically identify the nearest "Claro" physical branch. This ensures that users order from the correct location for pickup/delivery. Users have full control to enable/disable this feature and can manually change their branch through a popup notification.

2. Digital Wallet for Physical Goods: The app now features a "Wallet" where users can hold credit to purchase physical goods (Coffee, Tea, and Snacks) from our physical branches.

Recharge: Users can recharge  others' wallets (up to 1,000 AED) using a third-party payment gateway.

Compliance: According to Guideline 3.1.3(e), we use a third-party payment gateway because the credit is exclusively used to purchase physical goods and services consumed outside the app.

3. "Spin & Win" Loyalty Program: We added a "Spin & Win" feature to reward our loyal customers.

Prizes: All rewards are physical-store discounts (e.g., Free Drink, BOGO, or Percentage Discounts).

No Gambling: This feature is a marketing tool. There is no real-money gambling, and users do not pay to spin. It is strictly a loyalty reward system for physical products.
