I had made over $1000 of purchases and many withdrawals as well over time. However, suddenly, they locked my account. I contacted customer support, and they kept saying that I had “played while traveling”. I tried to explain that I had recently moved states PERMANENTLY but, since their customer service is just an AI bot, they continued to say that their game doesn’t support playing while traveling and told me repeatedly to remove my VPN (I never use a VPN). Thus, I couldn’t get my account unbanned for suspicious activity. So, I deleted my account to make a new one, and now it’s saying that I can’t because my phone number was used for a deleted account. So, I tried making one with an email, only to get a pop-up saying that I have reached the account limit on my particular device. So, I emailed their cooperation 2 days ago. No response. Do not waste your money on this sketchy game like I did.
