I cashed out like I normally do and was denied my withdrawal it stating “suspicious activity” even though I did nothing out of the unusual and then they fortified all of my earnings and didn’t refund anything. ### 1/5 — Scam!!! *2026-08-03, version 1.2.0* I have now had 2 withdrawls rejected being told that my account is linked to fraudulent behaviour. As per other reviews it is impossible to speak to anyone for support in the app, and emails have been ignored. How this company continues to operate amazes me, I’ll be reporting them and hope action is taken to stop their actions. Please do not pay anything into accounts, you will never see winnings paid out!!!! ### 1/5 — Fun to play, but absolute scam *2026-08-03, version 1.2.0* I have been able to make some money, whilst also losing money in this game. The game allows you to win in tournaments as soon as you deposit, as it is clearly part of the algorithm, then takes all your money within tournaments that you never have to wait for any player to finish. I have now been banned for suspicious activity, since I played the blitz version which I was able to make some money on and withdraw. It states in the terms and conditions that monies will be returned to you when withdrawal fails but it didn’t, it just took it. This game is not a skill based game, it is a scam to draw people in, as per above, it is suspicious activity if I play well. Don’t bother using the chat as well, it is helpful to an extent and has returned some refunds for in game errors but doesn’t answer any actual queries. It’s not that you can’t make money on this app, it’s the fact that when you do, they will ban you as what has happened to me. I suspect there will be a general comment from the game responding that they are sorry to hear of my experience with no real value or response in my comment just like the VIP customer support they have on the game. ### 3/5 — Ehhhh *2026-08-02, version 1.2.0* It’s bull that is you win any money on the slots part you have to then take the amount you won and go play anything but slots to get that money. I’ve cashed out several hundred a few times. Sometimes I hit big and others I don’t. I also like that when I have bonus cash and withdrawable cash it bets the bonus cash first and doesn’t cut into real money. I have also deposited into this game to bet higher amounts. I had made over $1000 of purchases and many withdrawals as well over time. However, suddenly, they locked my account. I contacted customer support, and they kept saying that I had “played while traveling”. I tried to explain that I had recently moved states PERMANENTLY but, since their customer service is just an AI bot, they continued to say that their game doesn’t support playing while traveling and told me repeatedly to remove my VPN (I never use a VPN). Thus, I couldn’t get my account unbanned for suspicious activity. So, I deleted my account to make a new one, and now it’s saying that I can’t because my phone number was used for a deleted account. So, I tried making one with an email, only to get a pop-up saying that I have reached the account limit on my particular device. So, I emailed their cooperation 2 days ago. No response. Do not waste your money on this sketchy game like I did. Made a few deposits totaling roughly $100, and built a balance of a little over $500 last week. I went to withdraw some of this money and suddenly the platform displayed an error message alleging I had bad behavior, forfeiting the withdrawal and blocking me from my remaining balance.
