• Explore consent-centered connection ideas and guided intimacy activities designed for adults.

REFLECT AND LEARN
• Keep a private journal for reflections, gratitude, and personal goals.
• Check in on satisfaction, communication, intimacy, and connection.
• View weekly trends and read evidence-informed relationship articles.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
• Personal journal entries remain private.
• Choose what is shared with your partner.
• Use Ghost Mode for discreet notifications and content hiding.
• Export your information or permanently delete your account from Settings.

Just Us is designed for adults age 18 and older. It provides educational relationship and wellness content and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
