## What is Class AI?

SCU@U application is a software tool designed to streamline and manage various administrative and operational functions within a school or educational institution. The application aims to enhance efficiency, improve communication, and simplify the management of daily school-related tasks. Below is a detailed description of the key features and components of a school utility application: 

The User Profiles and Authentication includes Student Profile which allows students to create and manage profiles that include personal details, academic records, attendance, assignments, grades, and extracurricular activities. The Parent Profile can access their child’s academic progress, attendance, and school events. It has a Role-based access which ensures that each user (student, teacher, parent, administrator) has the appropriate level of access to features and data. 

The Attendance Management can record daily, weekly, or monthly attendance statistics. Parents can be notified in case their child has missed school or specific classes. This collaboration tools can broadcast important school announcements, such as closures, events, and emergency updates. The app can facilitate direct communication between parents and teachers through scheduled meetings or messaging. 

Through the Fee and Financial Management, Parents can view and pay school fees directly through the app, including tuition fees, extracurricular activity fees, and more. 

The app can generate invoices and send them to parents with details about payment deadlines and amounts. The Financial Records tracks payments made, pending fees, and generate financial reports for administrators. 

SC@U is a powerful tool designed to manage multiple aspects of school operations, including administration, communication, and financials.
