### 3/5 — Need Help: Chinese Phone Number Can’t Get Verification Code to Register

Unfortunately, I used a Chinese mobile phone number to register an account but haven't been able to receive the verification code, nor can I get in touch with customer service. As a result, I can't complete the registration. I really want to register successfully because there are courses on the platform that I'm eager to take, and I hope the developers can fix this issue.

韓国以外に住んでる方はキットが届かないので現地で材料を揃えないといけないようです
その前に月々で払いたかったのが利用していない中アプリを何度か開いていると年払いしか出来なく登録してしまいその上に講座を見てしまったのでキャンセル出来なく2万円近く損してしまいました韓国の方や自分でキット道具揃えられる人はいいと思います

(サイトも)アプリも使いにくく、本当にちゃんと運営されてるのか怪しいです…
金額も毎月請求って書いてあるのに年間登録しかできなく、自分が残したコメントも見れる場所がなく(コメントした講座のチャプターのコメントを見るしかない…)、日本語の翻訳文も意味不明です…
講座の内容自体は興味があって受けたいものが多いのに、使いにくさがかなりストレスで残念です。。。

정말 그림을 못 그리는 한 사람으로써 그림을 배우고싶은데 미술강좌 같은거는 진짜 돈도 많이 들지만 저같은 성인이 배우기는 막상 쉬운게 아니더라구요. 아이패드를 사서 유튜브만 보던 때, 이럴려고 아이패드 샀나 싶어 뭐라도 해보자 하고 그림이라도 막상 그려봤는데 생각보다 재밌는거에요 누가 뭐라하지도 않은데다가 내맘대로 그려도되니까! 근데 여기서 조금 더 배우고싶어서 알게된 어플입니다! 돈을 조금 내야하긴 하지만 그래도 밖에서 미술 배우는거보단 훨씬 저렴하고 온라인으로 배우는거다보니 부담스럽지도않고 재밌더라구요! 그림 뿐만 아니라 운동도 있고 종류가 다양하게 있으니 뭔가를 배우고 싶은데 부담된다 싶을 때 써보기 좋은 어플이니 추천합니다.
