Duty rosters, work notes and their attachments, leave, points, conduct, homework, to-dos, exams, students and groups — if a delete fails, you are now told why, instead of tapping and finding the list unchanged. The order has changed as well: the record is deleted first, then its photos, recordings and other evidence. If the record cannot be deleted, its evidence is no longer already gone. ### 1.5 — 2026-09-01 New — Roll call: Class management now has a Roll call page. You define the time slots (morning reading, lunch break, evening study…) and the statuses yourself in class settings. Once you have taken roll for the day, the Today page attendance figures follow it. Absent students can be given a leave record right there, and each slot can carry a daily reminder. New — Auto-seating: Tag your students (talkative, needs the front…), add a keep-apart list, then tap Auto-seat. What you get is a preview — it is written to the seating chart only when you are happy with it. Seats you adjusted by hand can be locked so the next run leaves them alone. It can also take this term's deduction records into account, and you can turn that off. Any rule it could not meet is listed for you. Custom student fields: Class settings now let you add your own fields — text, number, date, or single choice. They travel through Excel import and export and through backups. Search now covers remarks and custom fields too, so if you noted "scholarship" on some students, searching for it brings up exactly that list. Your own lessons on the Today page: Today used to show only the class timetable and said "No lessons today" otherwise. Your personal timetable is now merged in. You can also import a colleague's timetable for reference when swapping lessons — their lessons never mix into your own day. A better Students page: random pick (nobody is drawn twice in a round), score or log a whole group straight from the group card, colour dots on the student list showing who is in which group, and the seating chart can be exported as a PDF. Cleaning duty — several groups a day, and editable: however many groups you rostered for a day, every one of them is listed, each with its own area and members. Tap a group name to change the name, the area, or who is on it. Today's entry can now be deleted as well, and its inspection photos go with it. The duty roster list below is no longer capped at 20 entries, so a whole term's worth stays reachable. The app password can be turned off: It stays on by default, and turning it off warns you first and asks for the password once. Stepping out to your photo library or another app and coming back within a minute no longer asks again. Attachments and import: Work notes, leave documents, and point evidence can now take existing photos, recordings, and videos from the Files app and your photo library, plus documents such as PDF, Word, and Excel, several at a time, up to 30 MB each. The student roster spreadsheet can import two guardians at once. Fixes: “Delete the class and all its data” confirmed but did nothing — fixed, and a failure now says so.
