I set everything up but didn’t manage to promote new way of booking to my students. Now they want to charge me $30 and making difficult to cancel/remove my account (they insist on pausing and to do so I need to provide my card details). Seems like the app is for ‘free’, they charge 2% from each booking - fair enough but on top of that there are hidden charges like mentioned $30 per month. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for me *2023-04-22, version 1.0.656* Every time I try to use the app as soon as I click on the class I want to join the app crashes ### 1/5 — Will not let me create account *2022-10-19* Does not load list of countries beyond HongKong. Have to go through search function each time. Most classes don’t show up Advanced Search function hit and miss with those other classes. Sometimes show up and sometimes don’t. Did I mention how slow it was? ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2020-11-12* My yoga class changed to this for reservations. I search by the studio name as she has in app. It does not sort in any fashion. You cannot indicate favorite studio so that it come up with a click. I should be able to pull up my studio and see all classes at least for a week. Nope. Have to do one day at a time and scroll like crazy to find it. Using location still comes up with European classes in the mix. Needs a lot of work. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2020-07-21, version 1.0.262* I think the developers ought to take some fitness classes themselves as a sloth can travel a mile faster than this app does anything at all. Although after the recent update it just crashes whenever I try to login. ### 2/5 — Ok - but needs to be much better *2020-04-30* I downloaded this because one of the studios I attend uses it. They now offer Zoom classes. There’s a zoom link included in the emails the app sends out, but (very sadly) no link directly from the app (once you’ve signed up for a class) that allows you to join directly The class search feature is beyond clunky...often excruciatingly slow almost to the point of being worthless.... so there’s a lot of scrolling involved. (If you’re a studio, suggest you look elsewhere.) ### 3/5 — Can you maintain my login? *2026-03-15* Very annoying that I have to log in to this app EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
