I try to reset password but never get the reset email. I cannot check if I am being paid properly because I cannot see my invoice. Waste of time and space this. Die Server-Verbindung ist reine Glückssache. Die Benachrichtigung ein Zufallsspiel. Ich finde das ist in der Summe ein tolles Ant-Beispiel wie in 2024 digitale Workflows gelöst sein sollen… ### 1/5 — iPad Support *2024-04-17, version 4.2308.5* Es ist schon merkwürdig, seit Jahren versprochen - immer mit dem Hinweis dringendere Probleme zuerst zu lösen und dann sich darum zu kümmern. Offenbar gibt es seit Jahren viele dringende Probleme mit der Applikation und keine Zeit für eine vielfach gewünschte iPad App. Da sage ich doch - Hände weg von der Applikation! Die scheint ja nur Probleme zu machen. ### 1/5 — Stürzt ständig ab *2024-01-29, version 4.2308.5* Bei der Prüfung von Aufgaben verabschiedet sich die App regelmäßig, leider kaum nutzbar. ### 2/5 — Tabellen funktionieren nicht mehr *2023-06-28, version 4.2212.9* Plötzlich funktionieren Tabellen in der Anwendung nicht mehr, inklusive Fehlermeldung, dass DocuWare das schon weiß. Unternehmen setzen viel auf DocuWare und gestalten viele Prozesse mit DocuWare im Zentrum. Jetzt funktioniert eine wichtige Funktion nicht mehr und es wird nicht einmal ein Rollback durchgeführt. Unverständlich für zahlende Kunden. ### 4/5 — iPhone Top, iPad schlecht *2023-04-13, version 4.2212.4* Die App auf dem iPhone ist wirklich gut. Leider gibt es keine richtige App für das iPad. Dort wird einfach die App vom iPhone dargestellt. Sollte doch mit überschaubarem Aufwand möglich sein eine „echte“ App für das iPad zu erstellen. ### 2/5 — Ablage schwer gemacht *2022-07-13, version 4.2204.1* Nach sehr langer Zeit sind Briefkörbe und Ablagedialoge da. Und nun? Vorindizierte Dokumente (d. Intelligent Index) die man nicht mehr sieht, wenn die vielen fehlerhaften Indexeinträge korrigiert werden müssten und dazu führen, das man den Ablage-Dialog abbrechen zu müssen und dann doch wieder auf den Webclient zurückgreifen muss.
