The only way to redeem is through the app, but i cannot login using the username and password given at the email. Very stressful. No clean air ventilation at each of these floors’ lift area once the glass door is closed: UG, P1, P2, P3, P4 and the B floors. No air suction system to suck the exhaled gas out OMG does it just keep the dirty from everyone’s lungs there day after day?? Whoever comes later breaths in the dirty air from other people’s lungs into their lungs? Hope it’s not just the same air there… for how long I don’t know? It’s time to install an air suction system! Or at least provide clean oxygen gas 24/7 at the lifts areas. Mute your 🔇phone!! Lousy car park system! 2 weeks after top up for 3 months of parking, it still announced “your parking is expiring soon”! Internet have been not functioning for consecutive 3 days… and they didn’t even care ### 1/5 — Worst Technical & Customer Support Service *2022-05-29, version 10.16* Sometimes the QR parking have issue when scan, cannot go out or in. Happens a few times and been going through their customer & technical support service. When the technical support came, the QR suddenly works then giving attitude to the customer for wasting their time came to the site to do their job. Customer facing issues here, if there’s no issues we won’t call you. And to expect customer not angry if the system not having issue is your own wishful imagination. Only went in for less than 15 mins supposedly I don’t need to pay parking but I have to pay the parking for the time wait for their technical support to came to site to see the issue that have no solutions & answer from their end.
