An iPhone 1 can only update as far as iOS version 3.1.3 So it needs either to be fixed so it will play on an iPhone 1 or make the minimum iOS needed version 4 not 3 to avoid downloading this large app only to find it wont play any music on an iPhone 1, very disappointing. A bit of an oversight by the developers but hopefully they can sort this out with the next update. I imagine there are other even more disappointed iPhone 1 users who originally had a full working app only to update and find the music will no longer play. If the minimum iOS had been increased to version 4 on the last update it would have avoided them updating to a newer version that no longer plays the music.
