## What is ClassiFly?

ClassiFly is the competency-calibration platform for aviation training organisations. It helps flight instructors and examiners assess pilots against the EASA/ICAO competency model - and helps training departments confirm their assessors all apply the standard the same way.

FOR INSTRUCTORS
  • Grade a pilot across the nine core competencies, each built from its Observable Behaviours.
  • Mark each behaviour as Positive, Inconsistent, Negative or Not Observed - ClassiFly calculates the competency grade for you.
  • Take part in calibration sessions set by your training organisation and submit your assessment in minutes.
  
FOR TRAINING DEPARTMENTS
  • Run calibration sessions where many instructors independently grade the same performance.
  • Compare every assessor against a gold standard to measure agreement and surface where your team diverges.

ClassiFly is a tool for aviation professionals. Accounts are issued by your airline or training organisation - there is no public sign-up. Sign in with the credentials your organisation provides.
