Monthly subscription, want to get accurate information? Monthly subscription. Most useless app i have ever used, do not use or buy, it is a waste of time and money, wish i could give it no stars. ### 1/5 — Charges fees for nothing *2026-10-09* I cancelled my account, and still was charged for a membership fee. There’s no way to contact them because you click on help link and email link is broken with a 404 page not found. Not only that, but notification emails on site visits still show up, so how is that happening? How are former classmates still visiting a page that should be gone? I deleted it! Very frustrating! ### 1/5 — This App Is Garbage *2026-08-23* This app is quite useless. I bought subscription/membership, and half the time the app states I am not a paid subscriber, and then I am unable to access the paid features. Many times it won’t open and displays an error message. Certain parts, once you post, you can’t even find your posts later, and you can’t edit them if you do find them. Just plain useless. Which will now influence my decision to not subscribe for anymore paid memberships to Classmates. ### 5/5 — So easy to search for my old friends and find my yearbooks *2026-08-20* This new app is way more functional than the old. I found my old yearbook and my parents yearbooks too! And managed to send a few messages to some alumni from my high school I haven’t spoken to in years. Couldn’t recommend more for accessing yearbooks digitally or messaging old classmates ### 1/5 — Not worth buying!!!! *2026-06-09, version 1.5.142* friendly reminder to listen to the reviews ### 1/5 — Classmates.com *2026-05-31, version 1.5.142* I got the classmates app recently and it’s been a nightmare I’ve been trying to get into my site as instructed by the prompts with a pass code and they just don’t work i have tried repeatedly to get into the site with the different passcodes each time but nothing works so I’m terminating my account with classmates very frustrating and disappointing i will no longer subscribe to this platform i DEFINITELY do not recommend it ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2026-05-20* The app would constantly crash while trying to look at my classmates, and while trying to see other yearbooks from other schools I attended the app would completely freeze or crash again. Sometimes get completely stuck on the “security verification” feature. Don’t waste your time or money! Not worth it! ### 5/5 — Marvelous! But a Bit Pricey *2026-05-17* Valuable thing and appreciated! Yet I wonder if they could reduce the fee a wee. ### 1/5 — App shutdown *2026-05-16, version 1.5.41* Just scrolling through classmates, and app froze and shutdown ### 3/5 — It’s ok. *2026-05-13* The best place to reach people you graduated with. But my app stops working after a day or two, so I have to download the app every time I want to use it. ## Frequently asked questions about Classmates™ ### How do I find old classmates on Classmates?
