## What is ClauseCheck?

ClauseCheck — Compare Contracts Side by Side

ClauseCheck lets you compare two contract documents and instantly see every difference, paragraph by paragraph, character by character — all on your device, completely offline.

1. Pick two PDFs or two Word (.docx) files
2. ClauseCheck extracts and aligns the text
3. Review changes in a clean side-by-side view
4. Export a highlighted PDF report and share it

KEY FEATURES
