## What is Claustrophobia?

OpenSpace is focused support for enclosed spaces. Build a gradual safety-aware step ladder, record anxious predictions, practise voluntarily, and compare the prediction with what actually happened.

Open the 90-second grounding pause when anxiety is high. Three daily moments support morning planning, one daytime practice and an evening reflection. Courage points reward showing up, not forcing anxiety to disappear.

YOUR STARTER LADDER
1. Look at a photo of a small comfortable room
2. Sit near an open doorway for one minute
3. Stand inside a room with the door fully open
4. Partly close the door while keeping control of it

IMPORTANT SAFETY
Choose legal, ventilated, unlocked spaces. Never enter tanks, tunnels, machinery or any place not intended for public access.
