Finalement, cela est inutilisable. Message à la société King Gates : Réveillez vous ! Il y a de la concurrence dans ce domaine. Dafür, dass die Torstörung so teuer war ist diese App ein einziger Reinfall. Das einbinden ist sehr schwierig. Genau wie die ganze Verwaltung. A az adatok megadását követően az ellenőrző e-mailt nem küldi el a szerver, így a regisztráció nem fejezhető be, emiatt nem is működik sem az applikáció, sem telefonon a kapuvezérlés. A forgalmazó a Google hibájára hivatkozik, de a probléma nem csak a google.com domaint használó e-mail címeknél áll fenn. It is practically useless. After entering the data, the verification email is not sent by the server, so the registration cannot be completed, and therefore neither the application nor the gate control on the phone works. I'm disappointed! The registration takes place on a page with a black background, the text of the data fields cannot be read / is not visible, because its color is also black (dark). After registration, messages in English and Italian are displayed mixed / alternately in the application. The remote controls associated with the automation do not appear correctly in the list. The system does not record the names of the remote controls. By clicking on the "Log" tab, the application aborts. Such a poorly usable app is not worthy of "King Gates". IR remote work fine.. ### 1/5 — Cantilever gate *2024-10-14, version 1.0.7* I manufactured and installed my 7.5mt cantilever gate fitting a King gate motor fitted with a Clavis dongle the whole setup works well from within a few hundred metres to the other side of the country. The only fly in the ointment is the automatic feature where you set a distance from the gate let’s say 1/4 mile as you approach this limit the gate should open, can’t get that to work, which somewhat disappointing.now it’s stopped working altogether ### 1/5 — Foarte slab suportul pentru aplicatie *2024-10-09, version 1.0.7* Aplicatie nu functioneaza cateva zile la rand, apoi te trezesti ca se deschid portile, in momentul in care se conecteaza din nou, dar fara ai da vreo comanda. Die Einbindung in das Wlan müsste in der App besser beschrieben sein. Das Anlernen der Benutzer ist etwas schwieriger. Alle paar Wochen muss man wieder die Geräte bzw. Installation très simple , application simple d’utilisation . Wi Clavis propose la fonctionnalité d’ouverture du portail a l’approche de ma Maison 250 mètres 500 mètres ou 1000 mètres . Très bien mais cela ne fonctionne pas correctement malheureusement le portail se déclenche tout seul même quand on est a la maison il fait des ouvertures à répétition.. Merci a Clavis et King Gates de revoir cela et de faire une MAJ Rapidement.. ### 2/5 — App need working on *2022-03-23, version 1.0.7* The app changes language on its on. Some times in English other times in Italian even if the default is English. The automatic gate opener is from 250 mtrs to 1000 mtrs. No other option to reduce it. My gate now opens well in advance to my arrival and will stay open if I get stuck in traffic then this now becomes a security issue. Changing the gate opener to manual from automatic does not happen. Tried so many times. Activate manual save and close and when open the app again it goes back to automatic. I find another problem with the slave user, if i give permission it does not work, only if is master user. Funziona ma non puoi rimouvere utenti!! Grosso problema!! E non puoi cambiare le permissioni degli utenti una volta master o slave rimane cosi!
