This build fixes profiles silently disappearing from your list at launch. Instead, a profile that can't be loaded now stays visible as a dimmed card explaining why, with buttons to remove or renew it.

New feature: Rolling QR code when authenticating and signing to prevent QR Phishing attacks and hijacking. The QR code will dynamically refresh at regular intervals, ensuring that only real-time, session-bound QR codes are valid.
