I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had a staff member move the plushies around during/after I spent so many credits moving them trying to win, it’s so infuriating. ### 1/5 — Terrible game *2026-05-19, version 1.4.3* It’s a scam you can literally grab the item and get close to dropping it In the hole and they open the claws up and drop the item before you can get it in to win. I spent upwards of $300 and won around 20 items and then you pay crazy amounts for shipping. For 3 keychains, a bracelet, and another item was $35. Insane. That’s paying for the items and shipping and that’s not including what I spent on the coins to play the games. Don’t get me wrong it is a very fun app and addicting but be weary because you will flush your money down the drain. My shipping cost ended up being $16, and I figured I would pay since the items were coming from overseas and of course the tariff issue. Fast forward 3 weeks and my items were shipped and even delivered but to the wrong address. They were no help rectifying this issue. They insisted I go to the house and get my package, they insisted I reach out to the shipper, I had to repeatedly ask for the tracking information and delivery pictures (which clearly showed they took pictures of the incorrect address). I asked for a reship or a refund on just the shipping fee. They would not do either. I spent way more than the items were even worth on the app… I just wanted my prizes to give to my daughter since she’s into anime so it wasn’t about the amount of money I spent it was the principle. But the next couple times you use the claw machine it will not work at all. I had an item on and the claw machine opened up and dropped it. To start, the item selection on this app is horrendous. Everything listed is cheap, low quality and costs an outrageous amount of tokens to even play. Don’t even get me started with the overall gameplay as literally every claw is rigged so that the item immediately falls down, no matter how much tries you attempt. The daily reward gives you barely any tokens whatsoever and anything that is even worth playing for is locked behind an expensive paywall!! I have done my best wins so far on Clawee. Clawee does have a lot of downsides but I won over 100 prizes off that site and I had the monthly $8 subscription. I’m telling you this because this AP Claw Eden is the biggest scam game I have ever played. I played 23 times just to make sure. Every game I grabbed the prize and every time it grabbed on multiple different games the moment the claw reached the top it opened up and dropped the prize right back where I picked it up. Out of 4 prizes won, 3 shipped correctly. The fourth was never shipped and is listed as such in the system. Despite this, they continue to refuse to ship it or refund the shipping cost of the item never sent or the coins wasted on said item. It’s exceedingly disappointing given the app itself is enjoyable, however if the team behind it can’t be trusted to fulfil their end of the arrangement, it becomes a complete waste of money. Real Prizes! Real Support! *2026-07-28, version 1.4.3* I rarely take the time to leave reviews for apps, but Claw Eden genuinely deserves one. I’ve tried a lot of reward and game apps, but this is the first one that’s kept me coming back. Playing real claw machines and coin pushers through live cameras is so much more exciting than typical mobile games. What really impressed me is the customer service. Every time I’ve had a question or issue, they’ve responded within minutes and have been friendly and helpful. It’s obvious there’s a real team behind this app that truly cares about the player experience. I also love that you can have real prizes you win shipped to you or exchange them for coins or Amazon gift cards. One suggestion: I’d love to see an official referral program in the future.
