I put $20 on this because I won so much on claw toys then all of a sudden they changed the name to claw prizes and I can’t get on at all so not only am I screwed out of my money I can’t play at all. I can’t even get the app to open. I would still like to play but the app is t working.

I formally think that this game is like really rigged. It is because whenever I play a claw it like I don't know drops it right when it hits the prize shoot which is a horrible thing to do like it looks like you are gonna get it and you don't. Also that there is a thing that says "click anywhere to start" and I then I have time click over 50 times just to start the game would definitely not recommend

When I started playing this three years ago, I won a lot of prizes! Really great stuff! 234 prizes in all…. But now? You have to spend an awful lot of money to win that second prize In order to get it shipped. I spent over $100 and still did not get a second prize. I used to love this game a lot, but now it’s really terrible! An incredible rip off, and that’s being nice…..Most of the times even if you catch something just as it gets it to the chute, it drops it outside of the chute. Most of the times the claw appears to be broken and don’t even grab even though you have a good position on the bear or hippo. And quite frankly, I think the heads of these plushy that you have to catch or weighed, because you can see places where the stitching is visible on the heads, or the backs of the heads. The claws are really rigged now to not allow you to get that second prize. Oh, after shipping your first prize is guaranteed, but that second one just never comes anymore. my last shipment of prizes from October got lost in the mail and I’m still waiting to hear what they’re going to do about it. There was like six prizes that never arrived. Go to JCM or Claw Machine Master…. The prices are better as well as the prizes, and at least you have a real chance at winning authentic prizes that actually arrive in their original box, and not knock offs in bags. I’m sorry, Claw Prize (originally Claw Toys), You have lost what was once a loyal player. 😡🫤😒 EDIT: the prizes (6) I had won that were shipped in October still have never arrived, they were obviously lost in the mail somehow before they made it to USPS… 
 (now almost May of the following year), despite contacting customer service about six or seven times. After contacting customer service and receiving a reply twice, all further correspondence was ignored. 😡😡😡
