For example, the claw machine where you can get 10 coins if you win, the claw literally lets go of the prize before it even gets to the chute. You have to be EXTREMELY lucky to win on that. There’s definitely still some glitches but once you figure out how to get around them they aren’t game breaking. The claws themselves play pretty well with no lag. It definitely seems skill based but if there was anybody watching you play and you’re about to win, somebody can steal it out from under you. All it takes is one glitch to make you have to back out or reload the app which happens VERY often. I had to restart the app about 8 times during my first win start to finish. I can’t speak for the prizes because 99% of the time with these apps the pictures look great and the prizes are cheap .01 toys from China. I have a few on the way so I’ll update on their quality. I’m hopeful. The gameplay is good, the glitches are pretty bad and the shipping/toys are yet to be seen. Still definitely think it’s worth checking out and playing a little bit if there’s nobody else online. ### 3/5 — New to this *2022-03-13, version 1.0.6* Just started playing this and it’s cool so far :) Gonna be honest wasted all my beginner tokens on one machine. It quickly went south when the queue for the free coins game was long and took several minutes to get through. Then they added ads to the free cook game. So in addition to waiting in a queue, you had to sit though constant adds, like 7 ads til you could even get to the game play! When you reach out with support and feedback, instead of being met with great customer service, you are talked down to and you are told you have a “tone” when you stand up for yourself and reiterate your point. Their support just tends to make excuses and then mansplain how claw machine games work and then ban you from their discord because they don’t like your feedback and honesty about how bad the game got after the ads. There are way better games out there such as Claw Toys, Arcademy, and Winner Winner. Thomas needs to be fired. ### 1/5 — hummm *2022-09-07, version 2.4.1* how do you get to play? Which might be ok if the prizes changed. They have been the same for over a month. Plus very minimal variety of prizes to win compared to the other claw apps. I like certain games and now I pay more coins to play the game for the same prize I won a month ago at a lesser game entry fee. The other two apps I spend a lot of money on give me an option to exchange my prize for coins. It’s a bummer I have to take the prize. I throw a lot of them away. The prizes are real, they come super fast from 1day-1month most of the time. The new version fixed most of the bugs but comes with new ones but the team is working on it. Once they fix it I guarantee it would bring a lot of fun to you. There are some prizes that are not so appealing or misleading since most prizes come from china so join the discord or contact support in that case. The only thing I want claw master to have is some unique, authentic, or licensed prizes you can win because1- currently there are only prizes where you can straightly buy off any of the prizes of eBay, Amazon, etc. This makes you wan’t to really get the prize for less than you would actually pay which most arcade doesn’t want you to even know and it’s for the better good because you mainly wants to have fun. ### 5/5 — Very impressed at this new app! *2022-05-08, version 1.1.8* Hello I just came across your app & I must say so far I’m pretty impressed! Definitely skill based ( which is great for people like me who enjoy playing) Nice clear camera views with no lag time noted. Machines were refilled quickly after a win.
